Meet Felix, a graduate of Kinvest’s Business Leader Development Program. Inspired by the success stories of other graduates, he saw the training as the perfect opportunity to turn his dream of running a retail shop into reality. 

Before joining the program, Felix had capital and a business idea but lacked the skills to manage and grow his dream. Through our training program, he gained invaluable knowledge in saving, decision-making, and business management skills that have transformed his journey. 

Now, over a year into running his shop in the Nyenyeri community, Felix has achieved remarkable milestones. He has bought a pig and a bicycle, actively participates in a savings group, and supports his family financially. His shop serves the local community, providing essential goods and services. Nyenyeri now benefits from Felix’s efforts. 

Felix encourages others to take advantage of the training, saying, “Many people start businesses but fail because they lack the skills. Kinvest provides the knowledge we need to succeed and grow.” His goal is to expand his shop and create jobs, helping his community thrive through employment opportunities.
