We are thrilled to introduce you to three of our new hires who have recently joined our team. Jocelyn (left) and Arthur (middle right) have joined our finance team as accountants. Maddie (middle left) is a Marketing Fellow. She will be joining us in Rwanda for the year. Grace (right) is our Office Manager.  

We asked them to share their thoughts on why they chose to be part of our organization, and their responses speak to our staff’s passion for our mission. Let’s hear what they have to say:  

• Jocelyn: “I believe in the mission of Kinvest. It is important that the entrepreneurs in the communities we work with have the capacity to grow their businesses and be independent. Kinvest comes alongside these people so that they may do so sustainably.” 
• Maddie: “I was drawn to Kinvest because of its emphasis on fostering economic development sustainably. I am honored to join a team that prioritizes kinship in rural communities and is dedicated to creating generational change.” 
• Arthur: “As someone who strives to emulate Christ, Kinvest provides an opportunity for me to do good in the marketplace and be part of the mission to unleash the potential of rural communities in Rwanda.” 
• Grace: “I joined Kinvest because I wanted to work for an organization that is dedicated to serving others. I recognize the importance of coming alongside communities to create long lasting change.”  

The passion and enthusiasm of these individuals align with our desire to see thriving rural communities across East Africa, and we are thrilled to have them on board.
