At Kinvest Impact, we believe in equipping individuals with the skills they need to build successful businesses and achieve financial independence. Graduates of our Business Leader Development Program form peer networks, savings groups, and cooperatives, enabling people to run and grow their businesses. 

We have been working in the Nyenyeri community since 2020, supporting entrepreneurs by providing business training and connecting them to resources and services to catalyze business growth.  

To assess our Business Leader Develop program’s impact, we recently surveyed a group of graduates from the community. The results revealed that graduates have significantly increased their profits by applying key learning takeaways, with an average income increase of 161.12%. Additionally, 54.54% of graduates have hired at least one employee since graduating. By creating new jobs, they are strengthening families, uplifting their community, and driving long-term economic growth in the region. 

From barbershops and salons to welding, carpentry, and retail shops, our graduates are proving that business skill development leads to financial stability. There are still many rural entrepreneurs in communities like Nyenyeri who need access to training to transform their lives.
