As a motor driver, Sylver used the knowledge gained to open a retail shop for his wife and purchase his own motorcycle. His ability to tailor offerings to his target audience has been instrumental in driving success for his family. 

Ntirenganya Sylver, a shoemaker, highlighted the transformative impact of learning marketing and sales techniques. He shared, “I found the Business Basics lessons on marketing and selling incredibly useful. Knowing how to effectively communicate with customers has transformed my approach to sales.” Since applying these strategies, Ntirenganya has seen a 30% increase in daily sales, enabling him to buy land and pay his children’s school fees with ease.
