We’re thrilled to share that the Kinvest Impact Foundation’s Business Leader Development program is now supporting Kinvest Venture Partner’s Farm, where 330 Kinvest Farm employees are actively participating in training to develop practical business and leadership skills such as decision-making, financial planning and critical business skills. 

These sessions are making an immediate difference as employees of the Farm are building confidence and benefiting from increased financial literacy, access to savings groups, ABCD groups, along with continued guidance and mentorship after graduation. 

Our Business Leader Development program equips emerging entrepreneurs with practical business and leadership skills. Graduates go on to form peer networks and savings groups that support financial literacy, idea generation, and the launch of sustainable small businesses. 

This partnership marks a major step forward. Kinvest Farms now benefits from a consistent stream of skilled, locally trained talent. At the same time young professionals gain valuable, hands-on experience in agriculture. It’s a win for the development of our workforce, team culture, and rural enterprise alike.
