Jean Damour, owner of a restaurant at our Nyenyeri Market Hub, has been a part of our community for over two years. Jean was drawn to the hub’s safety, reliable water and electricity, and affordable rent. Since relocating his restaurant, his business has surged by 75% thanks to the bustling activity around the hub.  

Jean is also a graduate of our Business Leader Development Program, where he learned important business management and decision-making skills. This training has been instrumental in expanding his business and planning for future growth.  

Recently, Jean purchased a plot of land and has begun building a house. He now comfortably pays his children’s school fees, manages household expenses, and has secured health insurance. Additionally, he supports his relatives financially.
