How did you first hear about Kinvest, and what inspired you to join? 

I first came across Kinvest through its website and was inspired by the mission to unlock the potential of people. I followed Kinvest more closely over time, and when I realized they were hiring, I saw the opportunity to apply and contribute to a cause I truly believe in.   

What do you enjoy most about working at Kinvest? 

What I enjoy most about working at Kinvest is being part of a committed team that supports rural entrepreneurs and strengthens local economies. It’s fulfilling to see the impact of our work in communities. I also value how Kinvest encourages collaboration and appreciates every team member’s ideas, making each day meaningful. 

How has your role at Kinvest helped you grow personally and professionally? 

My role at Kinvest as the Office and HR Manager has helped me grow by improving my organizational and problem-solving skills. Managing office operations has taught me to stay adaptable and efficient, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.  

What is your dream for the future with Kinvest? 

My dream for Kinvest’s future is to see it continue unlocking the potential of rural entrepreneurs by expanding access to essential services and market opportunities. I hope to see Kinvest expand into more rural areas across Rwanda so that local entrepreneurs in different communities can benefit from the same opportunities and support Kinvest offers.
