Aline is motivated by our dedication to providing rural communities with market access, clean water, and transformative training programs. We’re glad she joined our team!  

How did you get involved with Kinvest? 

My journey with Kinvest began last year when I came across their social media. I was immediately drawn to their mission and began following their work. When I discovered that they were seeking a Field Communications Officer, a role that aligned with my career and experience, I knew I had to apply. That marked the beginning of my adventure with Kinvest, and for the past few months, I have thoroughly enjoyed my responsibilities and the work we do. 

What drew you to join Kinvest? 

Kinvest’s commitment to providing rural communities with market access, clean water, and training programs that empower individuals to start and grow their businesses resonated deeply with me. In my interviews with community members, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of Kinvest’s initiatives. 

What do you appreciate most about the culture at Kinvest? 

I deeply value and appreciate the culture at Kinvest, where teamwork and genuine connections among employees are strongly encouraged. Colleagues genuinely care for each other and show mutual respect. It’s significant to me that I can openly share my ideas and make meaningful contributions. Which of Kinvest’s values resonates most with you? 

While all of Kinvest’s values resonate with me, accountability stands out the most. When you are held accountable, you have the potential to accomplish anything and excel. Accountability fosters trust and reliability and ensures that commitments are fulfilled, creating a strong foundation for success and growth.
