Accessing the materials needed to grow a business can be a challenge in rural Rwanda. That’s why we offer our Lease to Own service as a flexible solution for local entrepreneurs who may not have the upfront capital to buy essential materials, enabling them to grow without financial strain.  

Jean Damour is a restaurant owner and tenant at our Nyenyeri Market Hub. Through the Lease to Own service, Kinvest purchased a fridge for his restaurant. In a recent follow-up, Jean Damour explained how the fridge has been crucial for his business, ensuring that his milk doesn’t spoil, and all his drinks remain cold.  

We’re thrilled to hear that 85% of his restaurant’ s profits come from products stored in the fridge.  Due to a lack of resources like electricity, cold drinks were once unavailable in Nyenyeri. Now, with his fridge, Jean Damour is able to serve the community in a way that wasn’t possible before.
