What is your story with Kinvest?  

I joined Kinvest in November 2021 as a part of the Business Leader Development Team. As a trainer, I’ve been able to witness and contribute to the professional growth of many small business owners. Kinvest, with its many services, has provided me with numerous opportunities to enhance my skills and make a positive impact on others.  

Which accomplishments are you most proud of?  

I’m most proud of overcoming challenges related to community members initially not understanding the importance of training. We’ve successfully engaged them through dedicated efforts and effective communication, fostering a positive mindset toward training and development. This has contributed significantly to our operational success and community impact.  

How have you grown professionally while on the team?  

Professionally, I have grown by developing and attending new training programs and improving my leadership skills. I have also built strong relationships with my colleagues, which has enhanced our collaborative efforts and overall team success.  

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?  

In five years, I see Kinvest expanding with more branches and reaching out to even more communities. Personally, I aim to continue growing within Kinvest, taking on more responsibilities, and further developing my skills as a leader and trainer.
