What has been your story with Kinvest? 

I joined Kinvest in 2021 as a Community Engagement and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, referred to by a fellow staff member. This role provided me with valuable experience in community engagement and program evaluation, leading to my current position. 

What made you interested in Kinvest? 

I was interested in Kinvest because of its mission to uplift rural communities. I wanted to be part of this work, and I am happy to say that it has been very rewarding to see people and communities grow and succeed. I get to witness firsthand the positive changes and improvements in their lives. 

What important achievements have you had at Kinvest? 

Helping people move to a higher level of prosperity has been a key experience for me at Kinvest. My proudest achievement is contributing to community development and helping people advance economically and socially through business and leader development training and ongoing coaching.  

Which of Kinvest’s values resonates most with you? 

Kinvest is unique because it focuses on advancing and developing local areas through partnership. The value of kinship resonates most with me because it reflects a sense of unity and collaboration. Each day at Kinvest is filled with new challenges and opportunities to solve problems and achieve our goals as a team.
