What motivated you to join the Kinvest team? 

I needed a role that offered both financial stability and personal growth. Joining Kinvest has been a significant turning point, providing me with the chance to develop new skills and contribute to my community. Knowing that Kinvest values its workers and ensures they receive what they deserve inspired me to join.  

What recent achievement are you most proud of in your role? 

As a hub operator, I’m proud that I’ve been able to interact and collaborate with diverse groups of people, learning to maintain good relationships with everyone I work with. On a personal level, I’ve also been able to rent land and cultivate it, allowing me to save money for the future. 

What is your dream with Kinvest? 

My dream is for Kinvest to continue expanding its reach and impact as an organization, helping more local communities thrive. I hope that through this growth, we can ensure that those in need have the opportunity to live better and happier lives.
