Nurturing Future Leaders

Entrepreneurs are incubated through our leadership development program. We run three-month training programs for cohorts to build their business skills and form peer networks with the goal of accelerating their entrepreneurial dreams. After the training stage, graduates have the opportunity to join savings groups and ongoing coaching to put their training into practice. We aim to work with 500 leaders across Nyagatare District in 2023 and need your support to get there.
