Demonstrating this value in action, Sylvain, our Finance Manager, conducted a finance training workshop at our Nyenyeri Market Hub in Eastern Rwanda. Attendees included all hub operators and Leader Development trainers.   

Sylvain provided a comprehensive explanation of the rationale behind our systems and structures, fostering transparency within our internal teams and external stakeholders. He emphasized the importance of careful stewardship of our resources to ensure maximum impact on the communities we serve.   

Reflecting on the training, Sylvain remarked, “Our team embraced budget management feedback with optimism, supporting our commitment to build transparent finance systems.”
