Seven graduates of our Leader Development Program have been diligently working together for the past nine months to create a sustainable pig farm through asset-based community development.   

We recently spoke with Olivier, the group’s leader, who shared insights into their journey. Despite the setback of losing four piglets, the group remains determined. 

Currently, the group is raising eight pigs distributed among its members. They are diligently saving money with plans to expand their business. This growth aims to achieve financial independence, improve their families’ living standards, and invest in their children’s education and future opportunities.
